Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement and retention programs
• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns that align with marketing strategies
• Create engaging content and campaigns for social media accounts (Discord, Twitter)
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner on Discord, Twitter.
• Monitor and report on community members feedback and online reviews
• Organize and participate in branded events to foster a sense of community and boost brand awareness
• Be in charge of our Discord server: structure channels and set & uphold community rules
• Play a key role in shaping the culture of our Discord and moderate its daily discussions
• Stay up-to-date with Web3 technology and sector trends
• Work closely with our founders

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a community manager
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online community, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
• Experience in managing a Discord Server
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
• Basic understanding of web3 technology (e.g., constituents, tools, networks, mechanics, memes, etc)

Preferred

• Accustomed to crypto memes and communities.
• Previous experience managing a Web3 community
• Previous experience in a tech startup.
• You are an active DeFi or NFT ape!
